Summer training has started just about a month ago, and I dont even know how to put enough stress to the following statement, but it is really really hard for me. Every single training session has a part of physical training, and strength and endurance has greatest attention. It means that Monday and Wednesday I am only making physical training. Furthermore Tuesday and Thursday morning I am running and doing individuel technical training, Tuesday and Thursday even the focus is on physical training on court and Friday and Sunday we can do whatever we like. Mainly I try to arrange a few matches these two days because of my upcoming tournaments doing the summer time. I really hope for a super physical condition when the summer training is about to finish in the middle of August.
